Game Day Operations Internship (2024 Season)
Job Description
You will be responsible with assisting or performing home game day duties that may include, but are not limited to:

- Field, team, fan, sponsor assistance
- Event coordination
- Press box management
- Scoreboard operation
- Statistics tracking
- Merchandise and concessions sales and vendor assistance
- Community engagement activities
Home games are played on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at Troy High School, in Troy, MI.

Qualifications
​
- Previous experience in sports or events in ideal and strong leadership background is preferred
- Ability to multitask, problem solve, and be goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude are essential
- Sport/Event minded individuals who have a strong understanding of soccer
- Commitment to working 80% of TUFC home matches
- Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor activities
Responsibilities

- Set up/breakdown for all TUFC home matches and other activities hosted by the club
- Preparing stadium areas including the field, gates, locker rooms, concessions, press box, and other match day active areas
- Coordination with staff members, coaches, officials, and players to ensure a successful gameday
- Adhere to strict event timelines and tasks to prepare the stadium is set for the match days
- Provide operational and logistical support for TUFC staff during events

INTERNSHIPS
Media Internship (2024 Season)
Job Description

- Managing the social media pages (IG and/or X) during gameday with live updates
- Creating video content for Instagram reels that engages players, fans, etc.
- Capturing in-game moments for social media, photography, and/or video
- Working closely with players and coaches to create engaging content for social media, photography, and/or video
